Excellent site, great facilities in the apartments. We stayed with our children and grandchildren and had a fabulous time. The site is well maintained, the facilities are excellent. Great pools. Perfect family holiday
You have to do al things by yourself. Searching ???? for documentation about the region to plan something. They speak only French. DUTCH they don't understand ??? In this time with google translate it should be no problem anymore. The house ???? we're we sleeping we're dirty.the beds way to uncomfortable and hard. The swimming pool at the reception Moulin is nice the swimming pool at " du Lac " is old and dirty at some points. If you want the do something you're always have to take you're car to go somewhere out of the park!! Even to the Aquarium that is nearby !!!! Overall the region is OK . But if french people say there is " a grand spectacle" dont fool in that one it's probably nothing and it's only in french ( example. Castle ???? of saint - Talmont. ) show of knights and birds. If you go on holiday with "pierre the vacances" Normandy is much beter.
Excellent site, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and pleasant accommodation. However, if arriving late, good luck!! No staff are on hand anywhere! A phone number is given that takes forever to answer and the operative is not helpful. The TV channels are all French and the WiFi is a complete joke. Do NOT pay for the full service, as it is identical to the free one!
Great holiday village, but utterly appalling treatment of guests who arrive late. Woefully poor instructions are given, including just a single telephone number to contact which is rarely answered. Not a single person on duty in a huge holiday village. Very stressful. The swimming pools are excellent but sometimes are not heated sufficiently, especially late in the season.
I was with my wife and 2 years old kid for 2 nights. I do not recommend it for longer stay. We had to stay somewhere between a perfect week in Center Parcs(VIP Bois aux Daims) and excellent Puy du Fou. We thought that being the same group with Center Parcs will have the same service quality, but even the receptionist recognized the they are far from offering same quality, although I paid almost double per night in P&V. In the cottage (we were in a superior cottage) the furniture was old and smell bad. The cottage is very small (tight) and the WI-FI was not working at all. When I asked for help at the reception they give me a phone number from a centre call to deal with it.
