I made an error in the booking which I told them about straight away but they proceeded to capitalise on my mistake costing me about £200. Apartment is small and tatty and not suitable for a family...

La Daille apartments are located close to the ski slopes and chair lifts/ gondola. Great ski area. Small, clean basic apartments in a good location with sufficient equipment to cater for family and friends.

We chose to get an apartment advertised for up to 6 people for a family of four because we wanted enough space for the kids to play in the evenings and to be able to relax in their own space. This was achieved. The beds were comfortable, the bunk bed was a bit rickety, but ok for my 5 and 7 year olds. The wifi was very basic, unable to stream video even when we tried to pay more for it.

Convenient location a few minutes from La Daille local centre with all the facilities needed for self-catering, a range of restaurants, and close to the major ski-lifts at this end of the valley. Reception staff were great, and everything was included (towels, linen, cleaning pack). Apartment small (as described and expected) but clean and well equipped. We were comfortable with 3 people in a 4-5-person apartment; could have managed with 4; with 5, the whole living area would be occupied by sofa-beds. Bakery service for fresh bread in the morning very convenient. The only notable downside was a very hard bed.

La résidence est située un peu en dehors du village (avec des navettes) donc c'est calme. Les appartements sont propres et confortables, avec de jolies vues. Le personnel est compétent et aimable. Les activités proposées sont nombreuses et de bonne qualité.
