We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation met our expectations and we had a fantastic holiday. We particularly appreciated the setting, the comfort of the accommodation, and the added bonus of the swimming pool, which was very pleasant for making the most of our stay. We highly recommend it!

Disappointed with the welcome.
The initial contact went very well; we were supposed to have three adjoining villas for a group of 15 people. Instead, we found ourselves scattered several hundred meters apart.

We arrived on Friday at 6:50 pm and received a very poor welcome from the extremely unpleasant hostess.
Check-out is at 10:00 am with the possibility of a late check-out, which was refused. In the end, no one was there at 10:00 am for check-out, so we left the keys in a mailbox. Aside from that, the villas are very nice.

During our stay in July, we unfortunately encountered several problems: the house wasn't clean upon our arrival, the pool hadn't been properly cleaned, we were led to believe there was salt at the bottom when it was actually vegetation, and the pool safety cover was faulty.

During our subsequent stay in August, the sun loungers were dirty and the terrace was broken in several places, creating holes that could be dangerous for children.

We were also disappointed to see the gradual deterioration of the property and equipment, and we were even sometimes asked not to close the cover to avoid dirtying the pool. However, this is not simply a comfort feature: the pool cover is first and foremost a safety device.

It is regrettable to see houses and facilities deteriorate to this extent year after year, giving the impression that some properties are being progressively neglected, even though the expected level of service should be much higher.

Votre fidélité à la Résidence premium Vesna Rossa donne un poids particulier à votre témoignage, Julien. Revenir à plusieurs reprises montre combien vous appréciez cette adresse, ses villas indépendantes avec piscine privée et sa situation privilégiée à proximité de Cala Rossa et de la baie de Saint-Cyprien.

Nous regrettons que vos séjours de juillet puis d’août aient été marqués par les différents problèmes d’entretien que vous décrivez. La propreté de la maison et de ses extérieurs à votre arrivée doit naturellement faire l’objet du soin attendu, et les constats concernant les transats et la terrasse ont légitimement pesé sur votre appréciation.

Vos remarques relatives à la piscine retiennent tout particulièrement notre attention. Chaque villa dispose de sa propre piscine chauffée, véritable élément de confort de la Résidence premium Vesna Rossa. Nous regrettons que les explications apportées sur place ne vous aient pas permis d’être pleinement rassurés.

Nous espérons que le cadre préservé de Vesna Rossa et l’attachement qui vous a conduit à y revenir pourront malgré tout vous laisser de meilleurs souvenirs de cette adresse corse.
