For the second year in a row, we rented apartment #408.
While it wasn't a 5-star hotel, the cleaning was really not up to scratch.
I vacuumed, but it barely picked up anything, so I decided to check the bag, and that's when I understood why.
The bag was so full it was practically overflowing.
Was the vacuum cleaner brush clogged?
The area around the sink, near the grout, was dirty.
There's clearly a problem with your cleaning staff.
If I may make another comment, the carpet was in terrible condition, completely stained.
A good cleaning wouldn't have gone amiss.
Perhaps even replacing it with linoleum flooring?
This was a problem for our grandson, who has asthma.
Aside from this inconvenience, we still had a good vacation.
We just hope we don't have this kind of unpleasant surprise next summer.
Everything was perfect for a wonderful stay.
The communication before our arrival was excellent: clear information, quick and precise answers.
Once there, we received a very warm welcome, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the location was perfect.
Everything is in place for parents (or grandparents) and children to be happy and relaxed.
We will cherish wonderful memories of this holiday.

A superb stay with Pierre & Vacances! The Résidence de la Tania in Courchevel was impeccable, the apartment was well laid out, well equipped, and very clean. Comfortable bedding and a view of the mountains. I will definitely look for this type of residence for my future holidays!

The residence is located right at the foot of the slopes. The apartment is very well laid out, functional, and comfortable. The service is excellent, and the reception staff are very professional.
The only downside is the bar directly below, which is very noisy until late at night. Avoid choosing an apartment with a view of the slopes to avoid this! It's a shame, because the view is fantastic... otherwise, invest in earplugs (which we had to do...).

We had a wonderful stay. We've never encountered such friendly, efficient, and dedicated reception staff who were so focused on ensuring their guests had the best possible experience.
