Zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Goede bedden, heerlijker douche.
Goed apparatuur in keuken, fondue of raclette bij receptie te leen. Keukengerei is wat beperkt.
Skilocker hartstikke netjes en goede droging. Je kunt binnendoor naar de piste lopen, dit is wel een eindje lopen inclusief lift en steile opgang naar de piste. Deze piste is niet geschikt voor beginnende skiërs, die kunnen wel de bus pakken die voor het gebouw stopt.
De interne logistiek van het complex is wat onlogisch qua ontwerp.
In het gebouw zit een leuke gameroom, jammer dat die al om 18.00 sluit. Dit zou later op de avond moeten zodat de kids nog kunnen spelen.
Op 5 minuten lopen zit een supermarktje. Helaas gaat die pas om 8.00 open en daarom net te laat voor vers brood bij het ontbijt. Wij zijn in Frankrijk anders gewend. Sowieso is er minder brood beschikbaar in de winkels, vreemd.
Al met al prima uitvalsbasis om 4 vallees te verkennen. Les collons is geschikt als beginner gebied, en voor de gevorderden kan je mooie dagtochten maken naar Verbier en Nendaz.

Large rooms, decent bedding, and average to high-quality amenities. The staff is friendly, there's everything you need to prepare meals, and the view is lovely. There's a very strong pine scent in the rooms, and some of the finishing touches could be improved.
The common areas are well-designed, with two playrooms, one for younger children and another for older ones.

It might be okay for skiing, but otherwise it's not good.
The access road is like a quarry and the layout of the different houses is suboptimal.
The staff could benefit from speaking more languages.

Swiss Peak Resorts in Thyon surprised me in the best possible way. The location alone is incredible — perched above the Rhône Valley with sweeping alpine views and direct access to the 4 Vallées ski area. But what truly made my stay memorable wasn’t just the scenery; it was the people.
