We waren hier met een grote groep voor een 10-daags evenement en hebben genoten van dit hotel. De kamer was heerlijk ruim en schoon. Het personeel was zeer attent en vrolijk. De airco werkte in eerste instantie niet helemaal goed maar is de zelfde dag nog gerepareerd na melding te hebben genaakt. Het ontbijt buffet is fantastisch met vers fruit en meer dan genoeg keus. De zwembaden en ligging aan zee maken het af. Top plek!

Heel mooi complex (dat momenteel gerenoveerd wordt). Wij bevinden ons in het deel met de appartementen (dus niet het hotelgedeelte). Onze gerenoveerde kamer voldoet aan onze verwachtingen. Fantastische service door de receptiemedewerkster. Gevraagd naar een kurkentrekker en deze was na ons diner al op de kamer. De microgolfoven was defect, en binnen het uur was deze al vervangen. Perfecte en snelle service.
Ontbijtbuffet en avondbuffet zijn zeer uitgebreid en lekker.
Het zwembad aan het hotelgedeelte is aan renovatie toe.
Zeer goede ligging en toegang tot het strand. Tot op heden een zeer goede ervaring.

Zeer de moeite waard..

The manager of Pierre & Vacances would be better off focusing on the safety and proper maintenance of the site rather than spending her time checking whether guests have left their wristbands at the pool.

First, there are serious safety issues: electrical installations that need a thorough inspection, including electrical conduits that are completely crumbling (clearly not UV-resistant), an electrical junction box without a cover, and even a poorly closed electrical connection box cover around the pool. Second, another separate problem: the pool liner, supposedly "renovated," is actually badly deteriorated.

In addition to this, the whole place gives an impression of neglect: potholes in the walkways (dangerous), inconsistent lighting with bulbs of different colors (from 2700K to 5000K), and missing bulbs in some light fixtures. The parking lot also consistently displays "full" after 6 p.m.

The food is outrageous: €24 for four tiny, inedible portions of frozen fries at the snack bar. And for the price paid, the entertainment and sports facilities are frankly appalling. Finally, the beach is full of sargassum seaweed and clearly hasn't been cleaned.

Ultimately, it really gives the impression that Pierre & Vacances is only focused on ensuring satisfaction for the premium Tamarin section, to the detriment of the rest of the resort. In short: lots of attention to detail, but far too little action on the essentials.
