Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Niet duur maar verwacht ook niet te veel. Let op dat er op warme dagen geen airco inbegrepen zit. Zeker op de bovenste verdieping kan het flink warm worden.
Locatie is prima, parkeergelegenheid is beperkt maar een ondergrondse parkeergarage in de buurt is een goed alternatief.

Overall, we had a good stay.
The receptionists are super welcoming, attentive, and downright kind.

The establishment is close to the train station and the old port. Not far from the city center.
It has parking and bike rental.

Board games are available for guests, and there's a play area for children.

Washing machines and dryers are available 24/7.

The accommodations are reasonably sized, the beds are comfortable, and it was clean.
The decor is rather modern, which is pleasant.
The breakfast was varied, with both savory and sweet options. Hot and cold options, etc., nothing to complain about.

The pool is nice, and there are deckchairs available both indoors and outdoors.

It's a good thing it was open because with the heatwave, it would have been difficult.

There's actually a hospital nearby, and you can hear the helicopter going there. It's quite surprising the first time. Well, this can be solved with earplugs.

The big negatives:

1. The lack of air conditioning. With the heatwave, it's impossible to sleep at night. And we were on the least exposed side, so I can't imagine how unbearable it must have been for the "bad" side.

I don't know if it's an ecological choice, but one fan for a room with 3-4 people is really not enough.

Why not provide two fans, directly in rooms that can accommodate more than two people?
I read a review that said there was only one fan, so I brought my own, but with the extreme heat, it wasn't enough. So I asked for one at reception.

2. Everything is optional. Extra toilet paper, optional. Bed made, optional. Additional cleaning supplies available, optional. Wi-Fi is paid, I think, etc.

Given the price, I'm really surprised, because other establishments of this type offer the same services, at the same price, but with air conditioning and without all these paid options.

Hence the 3 out of 5 stars.

We had a great stay at this property: perfect location, really nice and warm welcome (our dog even got gifts), cleanliness of the place, fairly large and well-equipped studio with balcony, available services and swimming pool. We will come back with pleasure.
