Very nice residence and above all very pleasant beach. We had a good stay there but there was a big downside because there was no electrical terminal in the residence. Pierre and Vacances really need to learn to live with the times. Especially since the surrounding area is very poorly equipped with electrical terminals.

Very successful short stay. The requested sea view and the tranquility of the residence are very appreciable (period at the beginning of April). Lots of steps to access the apartment but trolleys and a step-free route were offered to us for transporting luggage. The apartment is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. Perhaps we should review the cupboard above the table with the glasses and cutlery which is not easily accessible.

Stay at the beginning of October. The welcome is friendly and the staff does everything possible to satisfy vacationers.
It is a beautiful residence even if the apartments are a little dated and could do with some updating. The garden is very well maintained.
Located on the beach yes, but I would call it the dog beach as there are dogs there from morning to evening even though they are prohibited there like on all the beaches of Lavandou. Poorly behaved dogs who enter your rental without embarrassment if you leave the door open. On the beach they pass over your belongings in front of the eyes of their owners who find it normal.
And a lot of bad smells because the dogs do their business in the corners of the garden or at the beach.
We have never seen such disrespect for others. Many times we had to get out of the water to prevent one dog or another from playing with our things.
The management of the residence should ensure compliance with the rules, otherwise what is the point of creating pages of regulations? Accepting dogs in rentals is good but when it affects the comfort of others we must act. Or specify that the residence is reserved for dog owners. To do it again I would contact the town hall directly.

Stay during school holidays and. Not even a bar or snack bar open. It seems like everything is abandoned. It's a shame !
