A very beautiful residence, nicely landscaped with trees and offering direct access to the sea. The amenities are varied to suit everyone's needs: ping-pong table, beach volleyball court, paddling pool, storage space for water sports equipment (paddleboards, inflatables, etc.), and more.

The reception staff are generally pleasant, especially Laeticia, who is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

As for the accommodations, we had a one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a sea view. The view was remarkable; however, the apartment, designed for five people, was far too small.

The residence is well located and the staff very responsive; however, the soundproofing of the accommodation needs improvement (noise from the parking lot and garbage bins). The floor was dirty upon our arrival, and there was a continuous infestation of ants coming out of the walls, resulting in food spoilage and daily cleaning. It's a shame, because the team on site is doing its best. I'm still giving it 4 stars ?, but considering the price charged during peak season, one expects better quality.

Poor Wi-Fi, dishwasher that didn't quite work. But the pros: 3 minutes to the beach, everything you need for cooking.

The location is fantastic, the center is clean and well-maintained.
