Correct rooms, just and necessary for a ski weekend in which you practically do not step foot in the hotel. Of course, the service has worsened compared to previous years.

It was a 5-day stay that, although there was some problem the first few days with dinner, it was resolved and everything flowed very well.
The apartments are comfortable and a good size.
Super friendly staff. On the day of leaving the apartments, the buses could not board due to the storm and the director took the 2 injured women down in his car, on 2 different trips.
At all times they went out of their way to correct any problems that arose.

I have rated this accommodation only 1 star because despite the professionalism of the employees, there are several factors that degrade its rating:
1 meal: it is offered as 4 stars and the buffet offered in MP is equivalent to a roadside hostel/pension. However, if you order pizza (the hotel's Italian specialty), it is acceptable.
2 maintenance: the rooms facing the main façade have deficiencies in the aluminum carpentry that cause air currents to leak inside. Imagine how pleasant this is in winter. These defects in the windows cause some of the noise from the street and nearby bars to filter inside.

Disastrous experience, trip from January 30 to 7, sold as 4 stars but they have lowered it to two and the agency did not know it. The quality has been lowered to two stars or less, the heating is put in sections and in total less than 3 hours with zero degrees, they close the reception at night and the main entrance they put a code. The elevator (shindler) was not working for 5 days, we had to carry 4 people's suitcases (more than 150kg) up the stairs 3 floors without any help. The worst by far was the food, the worst of the hundreds of places I have been, the New Year's Eve dinner was a frozen onion soup and uncooked salad and a chicken breast, a menu that was repeated on January 1, without words. . They have closed the cafeteria, the billiards do not work, the lockers are very easy to open without any security. However, everything at a 4-star price almost the same as the 4-star magic pass.
