Niet veel in de buurt, moet je al met de taxi of auto ergens heen gaan. Kamers zijn heel netjes en ontbijt is goed.

Disappointing experience. We booked a room with a sea view, paying a premium, but the promised view was not there at all and the room did not have a balcony or terrace as described. Furthermore, the privacy left something to be desired. When we tried to discuss the situation at the reception, the staff were unhelpful and did not try to accommodate us in any way.

The cleanliness of the room was well below the standards of a 4-star hotel: the room was not well cleaned and the bathroom even lacked a fan for ventilation. Unfortunately I do not recommend this property and I certainly would not return.

Disappointing experience, completely unfulfilled expectations:

I booked a sea view room by paying a surcharge, but upon my arrival I discovered with great disappointment that the room assigned did not have any sea view but rather a hedge view... The discrepancy between the photos in the booking and the reality is a bit confusing with a bitter taste in my mouth. My room was located facing a walkway, completely depriving me of privacy. Despite my complaints, the staff proved to be cold and uncooperative, not providing any kind of support to resolve the situation.

In summary, the hotel did not meet my expectations on any front. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday that lives up to the advertising descriptions, I advise you to look elsewhere.

Great stay as a couple in this hotel. We took a superior room with sea view and terrace. The panorama is magnificent over the small village of Binibeca and the sea.
Very clean and comfortable room.
The hotel staff is very nice and very helpful. They lent us a beach umbrella for the duration of our stay, and offered to let us stay and enjoy the hotel facilities (swimming pool, shower, etc.) all day on the day of our departure (our room was not available for late departure).
The hotel is very quiet, given that it is adults only. There is a bit of entertainment in the evening at the hotel restaurant.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and quite good.
Our stay was perfect, if we come back to Menorca one day it will be in this hotel!

The room is very spacious for two people, it has a living room, mini kitchen and the bed is very large. The bathroom is new and large.
The room service is good, they do a good cleaning.
Breakfast is quite complete. It has cold cuts, a wide selection of breads, a cook who prepares omelettes and pancakes. There are also fruits, cereals and sweets (the latter are not very good). The quality of the food is not very high but it is ok. The coffee is horrible, from a machine.
The restaurant's cleanliness stands out by its absence. The plates and glasses in the dining room are always poorly washed and with dry remains of previous food. When we went to eat at the hotel restaurant, they served us with the dirty table from the previous diners and they did not bother to clean it.
The staff is neither very unfriendly nor very friendly… they do their job.
The photos of the pools on the website are misleading, as they are very small and not as nice as they appear in the photos.
I highlight the location of this hotel, which is very good and you can walk to the town of Binibeca, which is beautiful.
