Fantastic week at Hevana. Spacious and very well-designed apartment. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Good bedding.
I highly recommend it.

Overall, this Pierre et Vancance Premium is a positive experience.
The rooms and facilities are like new, cozy with lots of wood. Many thoughtful touches. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. Everything was functional, with plenty of electrical outlets, parquet and tile flooring. Very nice.
Worth mentioning: the reception staff are incredibly helpful with everything. An extra blanket? No problem. A radiator that's too cold or too hot? A technician will come. Another bathrobe? Here you go. A big thank you to everyone. Despite their limited French, they were all very friendly. They speak fluent English.
Pool: see photos. It's not a swimming pool. It's too shallow for that. And be careful around the edges, they're rough. But overall, it's nice. There's a small outdoor whirlpool, a sauna, and a steam room. For the size of the complex, it's a bit small when fully booked. Very crowded in the afternoons.
Good to know: the complex is connected to the town by an elevator and a bridge. To the left of the pub, an escalator leads up to a walkway to the Chaudanne ski lifts (for skiers when there's snow).
You can order croissants and other pastries from the local bakery.
There's a parking garage. Drive around the perimeter of the complex and approach from the rear. The clearance height is 2.25 meters.
