Wat een geweldig mooi resort in koloniale stijl opgezet. ons appartement ligt drie hoog met uitzicht op het zwembad en de zee. twee slaapkamers twee badkamers en twee slaapbanken, buiten terras met eettafel, buitenkeuken, afwasmachine, koelkast. het zwembad is heerlijk met een whirlpool.

meerdere restaurants oa buffet restaurant met vriendelijke bediening waar ook ontbijt word geserveerd. grote tuin tussen zee en hotel met toegang tot het strand. winkeltje, wasserij, kinderclub, bar, vriendelijke receptie. echt een goede sfeer een aanrader als je naar Martinique toe komt.

We have had the opportunity to stay in several holiday villages and this one is really very good. Its location is great as it is a central and easy starting point for the west and south-east of the island. We stayed there for 1 week (because we had other accommodation in the north of the island). The apartment for 6 people is very good, spacious, two bathrooms. The terrace with a view of the sea and the diamond rock is superb. The village is quiet and well maintained although it is aging. The swimming pool is a real plus for relaxing after a good day of walking/visiting.
The prices at the bar are excessive.
We tried the “all-inclusive buffet” dinner once. Well eaten but also excessively priced. We had chosen to prepare our meals in the evening and eat outside during our outings.

Bad faith and dishonesty: in June I was given a reduction coupon at Cultura for -10% if booking made before July 4 for a minimum of 2 nights. This is the opportunity, so I'm booking a stay on July 4 for the end of August 2024 for 3 days. When I got there, they refused to charge me the 10%. When showing the coupon, the staff first suspects that it is a fake because no one at reception is aware of this partnership with Cultura. Then at the sales department, they first tell me that I should have specified that I had this coupon when I made my reservation by phone, and when I say that I did, this time they tell me that I had to travel to book in person so that this reduction is valid because it does not apply by telephone?! Any excuse is good for not applying this reduction, although I have fulfilled all the conditions! Do you go to the supermarket to warn 2 months in advance that you have reduction coupons? Should a person living in Grand'Rivière make the journey on purpose for this? All this so as not to have hot water throughout the stay, nor a travel cot in the studio when I had just been told that a baby cot is available. was available in the room (and I had reserved that one too!). Deplorable, what bad faith and what dishonesty to attract customers with discounts and finally invent pretexts in order not to apply them.
