Veel ruimte omdat het een vakantie appartement is in een voormalige molen, waaraan een paar appartementen complexen bij is gebouwd. Via een portaal krijg je in principe alle informatie m.b.t. parkeren en huisregels. Per verblijf krijg je per persoon 1 handdoek. Maar er is een wasrek aanwezig. Voor het wassen met de wasmachine, dat weer in een apart washok staat op het terrein, moet je wel betalen.

1 dream week, everything is perfect!!!! very well located to visit Touraine, from the Beauval Zoo (magnificent!!!) to Saumur via Tours, Villandry, Saché, Langeais, Clos Lucé, Prieuré St Come (Ronsard) to La Devinière (Rabelais) without forgetting 2 small but superb castles: Montrésor and Monpoupon, and Chateau du Rivau near Chinon. FORMIDABLE

We stayed for a week in this very well-located residence, just a stone's throw from the city center.
The apartment for 4 is relatively spacious, clean, but worn. There is mold in the bathroom, the mattress is small and very soft because it's at the end of the run.
The box spring is dirty.
The vacuum cleaner and dishwasher don't work.
The pool is a plus, very warm but in poor condition (the liner is peeling off).
It's a shame because this residence allows you to visit the castles and enjoy this region.
When we arrived, we had a poorly located apartment on the ground floor, and thanks to the receptionist, we were given access to another apartment higher up. We wanted to thank him.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city, you can park your car in the residence's parking lot and do everything on foot.
Numerous restaurants are nearby (note: they're often closed in the evenings at the beginning of the week).
Finally, a real heated pool! It's like stepping into a bath.
The residence is very quiet and the accommodation is well-equipped.
The room is small, so if you're planning a travel cot, let the staff know; they may have larger rooms available.
