Schoon, hoge servicegraad, naast t strand. Leuke plaats met veel restaurants. En goedkope bar met vriendelijke pablo voor drankje bij het zwembad

We rented an apartment for six of us: three adults and three teenagers. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with a sea view. The apartments were definitely recently renovated. Very cute, but above all, spotlessly clean.
The staff, another plus of the property, were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I don't understand why they only have two stars; at least three would be well deserved. The value for money was excellent. It's a shame we only stayed three nights, like we did; it deserved at least a week. It's just steps from the bus that takes you everywhere on the island, and a few meters from minimarkets, bars, and restaurants of all kinds. Santa Eulalia is very quiet yet lively at the same time. Ideal for families but also for those looking for true relaxation. I really hope to be able to return soon.

We know that coming to Ibiza means paying a premium. That's just how it is. We accept spending more to enjoy the island, its atmosphere, and its lifestyle.

But at Apartamentos Ros, you're not paying for quality. You're simply paying for the experience of being in Ibiza.

It was the photos that convinced us to book. A beautiful sea view, a place that seemed modern, clean, and full of charm. Once there, the disappointment was immediate. Yes, there was a sea view, but it was far from the pretty picture shown on the website.

The so-called "renovations" looked more like a quick fix than a real renovation. Adding a few decorative items isn't enough to transform an aging establishment. The entrance is cold and soulless, the reception is located outside, with no direct access from the building, and the whole place sorely lacks character.

The comfort is also very disappointing. You can hear everything. The doors slam, the windows let in every sound, and the soundproofing between the rooms is practically nonexistent. If you're hoping for a restful night, you'd better bring earplugs.

The pool at least offers a refreshing respite, but that's probably the only real positive. Otherwise, there's no particular charm. We also encountered cockroaches in the hallways, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

The location is also quite questionable. Situated at the far end of the Santa Eulària promenade, the neighborhood is awful. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, this is definitely not the place.

The only advantage I can think of is the quick access to major roads, which is convenient for exploring the rest of the island.

I've been coming to Ibiza for many years and I always leave with wonderful memories, but not this time.

I won't be going back.
