De ontvangst van deze camping was heel hartelijk. Omdat ik spontaan had besloten een nachtje te blijven moest ik de pond omboeken. Hier heeft Jean mij bij geholpen, dat was heel fijn! Bovendien was haar engels ook goed, wat zeker fijn is voor een toeristische locatie als deze.
De campingplaatsen zijn prachtig, de grond is goed voor tentharingen en de verlichting is fijn en laag, zo schijnt het niet veel de tent in.
Het was wel fijn dat er zo weinig mensen waren want het was even zoeken naar een douche die wel warm werd.
Het sanitair was schoon, maar helaas geen toiletbrillen.
De locatie van de camping is prachtig en bovendien dichtbij de pond en bij het strand. Dat maakt het makkelijk reizen.

Overall, the residence is very good for the price. Perfect for families with young children. The staff are attentive and kind. Île d'Aix is ​​magical!

Wonderful family holiday in a magnificent setting

A beautiful residence ideally located at the entrance to the island, close to the ferry terminal and numerous food shops, with a warm welcome from the receptionists. The residence features a swimming pool and a paddling pool for young children. I highly recommend it for a complete change of scenery.

We booked a seminar several months in advance. Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and there was no breakfast. The projector wasn't set up, and the power connection was missing. The managers requested a TV, which they then placed on two tables, one on top of the other... I had to ask for water, and the receptionist insisted the room was ready. This is a serious lack of professionalism; do not book this venue for a seminar.
