The site, the situation, the staff, there is nothing to complain about, we really liked it.

We were in a room that had not yet been renovated and yet it suited us perfectly.
The reception staff were very attentive to our comfort and helped us find activities around us to visit (our choice) for our short 2-night stay.
Personally we have nothing to complain about and we will come back with pleasure

It's not exactly cheap in the high season, but after visiting several other resorts on the north and south coast, we rate this as clearly the worst place in all respects.

To redo

- Reception not open during opening hours: return from the agent, "I'm on my own, I do what I can"....
- Icy swimming pool: we chose this residence on purpose for the heated swimming pool, which is a disappointment for the children not to be able to swim for more than 5 minutes!
- Accommodation when we arrived covered in animal hair. We reported the problem, the agent left to check that animals were present before us. Funny choice rather than coming to notice the problem. The agent disappeared and clearly avoided us for the next few days.
- Cleaning during stays, carried out quickly (this confirms cleanliness on arrival). for €88, it's super expensive considering the time spent! It is not at all at the level of the other centers that we have done.
