Pizza Bleu, a small snack bar in the heart of Pierre & Vacances, is always very good with great service! And much courage! Because the vacationers you encounter each season are getting worse and worse; they're not at all courteous and understand nothing—it's a disaster… Their brains just aren't working.

The complex is well located, but the accommodation is outdated and in dire need of renovation, especially inside. Also, be aware that there is no air conditioning at all... The nights are hot, and the fans provided are not the latest model. I will only return if something is done, and especially if there is air conditioning.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir souligné l'emplacement de la Résidence Les Parcs de Grimaud, particulièrement apprécié pour son cadre méditerranéen et sa proximité avec le golfe de Saint-Tropez, Benoit Pierre.

Nous regrettons en revanche que votre hébergement vous ait donné une impression de vétusté et n'ait pas répondu au niveau de confort attendu. Vos remarques concernant l'état général du logement ont bien été prises en compte.

Vous évoquez également les fortes chaleurs rencontrées durant votre séjour. Les appartements de la résidence ne sont effectivement pas équipés de climatisation, et nous sommes désolés que les ventilateurs mis à disposition n'aient pas suffi à améliorer votre confort durant les nuits les plus chaudes.

Nous comprenons que ces éléments aient marqué votre expérience et vous remercions d'avoir partagé votre ressenti. Nous espérons que vous avez malgré tout pu profiter de l'environnement privilégié de la résidence et des nombreux attraits de la destination.

Overall, a good stay despite the heat and especially the lack of cooling systems (air conditioning or even ceiling fans, for example). The pedestal fans, while essential, didn't provide enough cooling, which was very difficult with young children (already over 30 degrees Celsius at 11 am). The friendly reception staff were very attentive (they repaired the fan and treated the ants). The accommodation with its terrace/small garden is very pleasant; however, the bedding needs improvement. The sofa bed is unsuitable.
The pool is a good size, but the water temperature isn't refreshing enough (even though it's not heated). The beach, a 12-minute walk away, is decent but too crowded.

Impossible to park the car in the parking lot; the space was too small and the road was winding.
No air conditioning in the apartment. Well, actually, there was a bulky air conditioner on wheels with a hose that had to be vented through the patio doors, making the terrace unusable due to the blast of hot air during the first week of August.
Perhaps we were in an unrenovated section of the property?
The pool is outdated.
However, the beach is a 3-minute walk away. The staff was friendly.

L'accès à la plage en quelques minutes à pied ainsi que la sympathie de nos équipes semblent avoir constitué les points forts de votre séjour à la résidence Les Parcs de Grimaud, Yann. Sa situation privilégiée dans le golfe de Saint-Tropez est en effet particulièrement appréciée pour profiter facilement du littoral méditerranéen.

Votre expérience concernant l'hébergement et les équipements n'a toutefois pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. La résidence Les Parcs de Grimaud ne fait effectivement pas partie de nos résidences les plus récemment rénovées et nous entendons donc que l'état général du logement, tout comme certains équipements, ait pu influencer votre appréciation du séjour.

Votre remarque concernant la piscine a également bien été prise en considération.

Nous regrettons que ces différents points aient quelque peu terni un séjour qui semblait pourtant bien commencer grâce à la proximité de la plage, au cadre méditerranéen de la résidence et à l'accueil chaleureux que vous soulignez.

A lovely stay in a 6-person apartment for 4 adults/teenagers! A little cramped, but otherwise the bedding and layout were all there for a great stay! The pool was nice, and importantly, there were always sun loungers available! Although I did see some people leaving their towels there during lunchtime, despite the security guard! I think we'll come back because it's really close to the sea and the center of Port Grimaud.
