Op zich een prima appartement. Ligging is uitstekend. Kort bij het strand, dicht bij de winkelboulevard en ook DIV supermarkten binnen loopafstand. Toch mbt het appartement en de service een aantal stevige aandachtspunten. De presentatie (oa op booking.com) is echt misleidend. Ze gebruiken de zelfde foto’s voor alle appartement-types, zonder te specificeren wat je boekt / krijgt. Wij hadden niet het goedkoopste type geboekt, maar de indeling kwam totaal niet overeen met beschrijving en foto’s. Gevolg was dat babybedje er simpelweg niet inpaste. Na veel gedoe ander appartement gekregen, alleen zat hier geen balkon bij. Men kon en wilde hier ook niets meer aan doen. Echt jammer. Keuken en inrichting van het appartement staan strak gepresenteerd maar is echt tot op de draad versleten. De keuken moet bij oplevering / uitcheck schoon worden opgeleverd. Toen wij dit appartement ingingen stond de vuile vaat (met etensresten) “schoon” in de keukenkastjes. GOOR! Het appartement is erg gehorig. Het toiletbezoek van de buren is live te volgen. Ook de rolluiken die 24u per dag worden bediend zijn extreem luid. Zwembaden en publieke ruimte zijn heel fraai aangelegd en onderhouden. Al met al een peperduur appartement voor hetgeen je krijgt.

The apartment itself is very good, we had a problem with the washing machine and later with the dishwasher and they solved it quickly. At least our apartment had a very big lack of maintenance and cleanliness, the windows, blinds, toilet tiles, corners... among other things, they needed cleaning, they had not been cleaned in years.

The Apartment, about 40m2, is shown as in the photos, ours with 1 room with large windows that overlook the Canal. Windows that did not fit quite well but that fulfilled their function. According to instructions we had to leave the kitchen completely clean on our departure and so we did, which on our arrival we did not find it that way but on the contrary, dirt on plates and crockery in general, also in the toaster rest of bread was observed. There were also other damages, air conditioning button, dishwasher with broken pill box, toilet shutter that did not work, etc. In general, the apartment was swept and scrubbed, but under the bed and sofa there was a lot of dirt. Likewise, there were no items to clean the bathroom, we had to buy them ourselves at the Montserrat Supermarket which is more than 500 m away. of the place. We also had to buy toilet paper then for our 4 nights we were there they only put 1 roll and started. There were stains on the cabinets that weren't cleaned. On the second day the shower was clogged. When removing the filter there was everything. The sofa, very uncomfortable, I don't want to think if it was used as a bed. It is appreciated that they accept pets (€12 per night per unit), although in the Apartment they do not put any details for them and if on top of that they do not clean properly both the company and the users themselves, tenants who may come later can find these Disagreements like we found ourselves that we had to buy and clean more than the others had dirty. The apartment complex is located more than 1 kilometer from the nearest human beach and more than 3 kilometers from the Canine Beach of La Rubina. We have been in Apartments that even being Pet-Friendly were much cleaner than this one. The best, the area where the complex is located even if you have to take the car yes or yes to go to the Supermarket, the Beach, the leisure areas or the areas of tourist interest such as Roses, Cadaqués, L'Escala, Figueres, etc.
