Een hele mooie accommodatie. Het personeel is top, spreekt goed Engels voor Franse normen. De accommodatie heeft service hoog in het vaandel staan. Volledig ontzorgt tijdens deze vakantie. Alleen jammer dat er in de omgeving weinig te doen is voor diegenen die niet skiën.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable and well-laid-out apartment for 6 people! Beautiful mountain views and a lovely wellness area. Underground parking is available for a fee! We will gladly return to a Pierre & Vacances residence next summer. Note that the master bedroom in apartment "304" has a door that hits the double bed and therefore doesn't close properly – a construction defect! The staff were very welcoming, friendly, smiling, and helpful.

We spent our summer holiday in the mountains seeking peace and quiet, but we were woken up every day at 5 a.m. by delivery trucks. They parked with their engines running, delivering, loading, and unloading, creating a significant amount of noise. The garbage bins were right outside our window, as were the garbage trucks that passed by several times a week. It wasn't just one truck a day, but several, up to six in two hours, starting at 5 a.m.

For a 5-star hotel, we expected better.

We had never before felt such a strong desire to leave a hotel during our holidays! Thank you, Pierre & Vacances, for this first experience.

Nous regrettons sincèrement que vous n’ayez pas pu bénéficier du calme que vous étiez précisément venu chercher à la montagne, Anais.

La Résidence premium Les Terrasses d’Hélios est pourtant particulièrement appréciée pour son cadre à 1 700 mètres d’altitude, ses vues sur le Grand Massif et ses prestations dédiées à la détente, avec notamment une piscine intérieure chauffée, un hammam et un bain à remous extérieur. Il est donc d’autant plus dommage que les nuisances rencontrées depuis votre appartement aient pris le dessus sur cette atmosphère montagnarde que vous étiez venu chercher.

Nos équipes sur place restent disponibles pendant le séjour pour accompagner nos clients lorsqu’une situation affecte leur confort et rechercher, selon les possibilités, une solution adaptée. Nous aurions souhaité que votre séjour vous laisse le souvenir d’une véritable parenthèse au grand air.
