Honestly the best hotel ever?

This residence is ideally located in Courchevel 1850, perfect for exploring the resort. Grocery stores are within easy walking distance, as are the ski lifts and the lifts themselves.

The residence offers convenient ski lockers and underground parking. The apartment is well-equipped, and the bedding is exceptionally comfortable.

A huge thank you to the Pierre & Vacances team: the welcome, reception, housekeeping, and maintenance staff are all top-notch. An excellent experience; we highly recommend it!

Well located and not too small for a ski apartment. Unfortunately, the service and equipment are very poor.
The apartment is extremely poorly equipped: almost nothing to cook with, no oven, only five plates (not even matching), and not even five spoons. The coffee machine does not work, which is especially frustrating after a very bad night.
The pillows are not real pillows, the mattress is very uncomfortable, and on top of that we were not provided with towels or bed sheets — even though we paid extra for them, in addition to the €8,500 rental price.
The internet, which is also charged as an extra, does not work because the link provided is unusable. There is also no washing machine.
In short, the location is good, but the apartment is badly managed and very poorly equipped, with cheap or non-functioning items. Very disappointing.

We've arrived. The doors are locked. The phones are off the hook. We've been dragging ourselves from Geneva for five hours... we're tired as mules... and it's already been an hour.
