«Prolonged weekend stay»
good location (walking distance from city centre), very clean and tidy, the areal of the hotel is very nice and green as well as the surroundings, parking is available for free close to the residence, the terasse was also very clean and great to spend time outside
«Friendly staff, perfect location»
The location was perfect in La Petit Venise-- a lovely neighborhood with a beautiful park filled with roses across the street, a short walk to Little Venice and sightseeing/good food, and easy parking in the parking garage. Friendly staff at the reception desk who were helpful when I had questions and asked for suggestions on places to eat, which day was better for wine tasting, etc. There is an indoor pool, which my friend and I didn't use, but it looked like it was busy and people were enjoying it. A lovely long weekend! Thanks.
«Very clean hotel in best location»
A functional hotel in an excellent location. It takes just a few minutes walk to the historical city centre of Colmar. A very clean and modern hotel. Our room had a nice view and was very quite. We have very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast is extreme poor.
The room was clean and decorated, has all utilities. The pool was delightfull. Parking ok but a litle too expensive. Staff professional and courteous. Good location, not far from old town. Supermarket quite nearby bu only with car.
«Clean and quiet, but otherwise stressful»
I stayed just one night, arrived after 7, and left before 8:30, which meant nobody was at the front desk the whole time of my stay. My cell phone had no service in Europe, so I couldn't call the number they provided so as to get the code to unlock the box with my key. One guest walking by unlocked it for me. Several others helped me find my room. The welcome packet said that if I planned to leave before the front desk opened, I should inquire at the desk about what to do with my key and how to pay the tourist tax. Obviously, such inquiry was impossible. The welcome packet contained no WiFi password, despite free WiFi having been advertised. I also had to put all the linens on the bed and remove them the next morning. For the $100 (90 Euros) that one night cost, I'd have thought this kind of service would have been included. All in all, it was a confusing and stressful stay, with more work and problem-solving than rest and relaxation.
