The location is excellent, close to the sea and the port. The peaceful atmosphere of the residence is a real plus. The pool is fantastic when the weather isn't suitable for walks on the beach. The four-person bedrooms are small and don't offer much storage space, which is certainly less convenient for longer stays.

There are many places to visit nearby. We will definitely be back.

Well located in the city center, close to everything.

The only downside is that, nationally, Pierre & Vacances struggles to manage customer accounts, and the people on the phone are dishonest. We have a separate account with a friend, and everything is mixed up; all my reservations are in her name. When you call the central office, some people hang up on you, whereas locally and in Courseulles, the service deserves a 10+!

A lovely, quiet, and pleasant residence, easily accessible and particularly well located in relation to the town center. Admittedly, the accommodation is showing its age (the floors and furniture are worn) and could certainly use a little updating, but it's perfectly adequate. The kitchen, although small, was perfectly functional. The bedding was comfortable. There's a very nice large park nearby, as well as a large playground and shops (10-minute walk). We had a relaxing and sunny weekend. Courseulles-sur-Mer is well worth a visit. I especially appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the staff. Sometimes it's the little things—a smile, a kind gesture for the children, the activities offered, the service—that make all the difference. Overall, a wonderful experience. We will gladly return with our family.
