We kregen een klein oud appartement BM03 met een te klein bed (190 en ik ben 192) en vooral een smerige badkamer. De douche was klein en maakte de hele badkamer nat. Overal zat schimmel. Weinig gebruik van gemaakt. We waren er 5 dagen. De bank was kapot en de gordijnen hingen los. Geklaagd. Vervolgens kreeg ik een gratis parkeerplek. Een ander appartement werd niet aangeboden. Zaten ze vol? Wij hadden maanden van te voren geboekt en betaald. Er was een balkon maar om de bergen te kunnen zien moest je over de rand hangen. Alleen een grote heg en een ander gebouw zagen we. Overdag en ''s avonds is er in de omgeving genoeg te doen dus weinig binnen gebleven.

Stay mid-July 2024 with a family of 4 adults in a 3-room apartment. Our room on the first floor with large balcony overlooked the avenue. THE NOISE OF THE TRAFFIC ALL DAY LONG IS CREDITABLE! It's dishonest not to specify this on the part of Pierre & Vacances, especially when you pay €1300 per week, which is the same price as the rooms which are on the other side in a quiet area. Not to mention that the apartment is very dark. So I don’t recommend summer unless you’re out all day from morning to evening. I still give two stars for the location, the swimming pool, the saunas and hammams. Please note, parking is chargeable; there are only spaces for 50% of the rooms.

We took advantage of our participation in the Chamonix Marathon trail to stay at the Pierre & Vacances premium.
Ideally located next to the station, it allows you to easily get around the valley and also quickly access the main tourist attractions on foot (Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers and hiking).
The welcome is very friendly and with lots of kindness and smiles.
Access to the hamman sauna swimming pool is really a plus!
The advice of the receptionists was also very appreciated!
We were in Brevent accommodation: spacious apartment (accommodation for 4/6 people) and without car noise because on the station side.

The Ginabelle residence team is very attentive and always ready to satisfy the customer and has great professionalism.
The residence is close to the city center and all amenities
