Super locatie aan de ‘corniche d’or’. Het zicht van uit de hotelkamers is indrukwekkend mooi. Erg vriendelijke en gedienstige service. Heerlijk ontbijt. Wij gaan nu steeds buiten seizoen en dan is het resort erg rustig. Tijdens de schoolvakanties was het vroeger wel behoorlijk druk maar het resort is zo groot dat je wel steeds een rustiger plekje vindt. Voor ouders die golfen is dit een droom. Terwijl de kinderen geanimeerd worden kan je rustig je sport beoefenen. Ik ben fan! ( ps.: ik gebruikte deze locatie als achtergrond voor mijn roman ‘vakantiegenoten’) Marc J F Claes

Cap d'Esterel is een mooi gelegen complex van appartementen en hotel, op loopafstand van de zee. Voor een luxe vakantie is dit een aanrader, zeker met half-pension kom je niets tekort met een overvloed en variantie aan eten in het restaurant. Vreemd dat men hier geen gebruik maakt van zonnepanelen, volop zon in Zuid-Frankrijk en een hoog stroom-verbruik met alle airco's. Beetje veel muggen ook, maar verder een ideale plek voor een onbezorgde vakantie !

This hotel has a lovely location in the heart of the village. The restaurant food is decent, although the terrace furniture could use some updating. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with plenty of choice right up until the last minute.

Noisy hotel with evening entertainment outside the rooms. Housekeeping was deplorable, and the instant coffee wasn't replenished in the morning. It was also impossible to get a fresh bath towel in the evening because there was no one available to handle that. Aside from the view and the friendliness of the receptionist, it only deserves one star.

Overall, we had a very good family holiday.

Positive points: very helpful staff, quick maintenance service when needed, comfortable beds, well-designed room, close to the village, restaurants, and shops, yet well soundproofed, lovely lively resort with beautiful pools.

Negative points: absolutely avoid the ground-floor rooms. We were infested with cockroaches during our stay. We reported it several times to reception, and maintenance responded quickly. A pest control company was contacted, but unfortunately, we had already had to end our stay. It somewhat spoiled our holiday. There wasn't enough storage in the room, the bathroom was too small, and there was no clothesline on the terrace.

Nevertheless, I recommend this resort if you follow our recommendations.
