Far from the center, there is a parking lot on the hill which leads there after a 10-15 minute walk but when we are loaded and we do it several times during the day it becomes tiring. Reception is not located directly in this residence. It was therefore a real hassle to walk around with our luggage, ski equipment etc for check-in, check-out. In addition, reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Very average bedding and apartment.
The only positive point is: at the foot of the slopes.

Deplorable welcome non-existent service we had taken extra wifi and bed made when we arrived nothing.. if you need any information we direct you to the Tourist Office or other no answer to give... we get in the way... when I report it by telephone to reception, they ask me if I would like the beds made for me.... what can I say, cleaning not done on our arrival.... old-fashioned apartment... the more we are next to the tracks....

A stay from 12/31 to 01/07 for a family of 4.
It starts off badly from the start.
We booked the stay since September, with weekly wifi supplement, sheets and cleaning done on arrival.

When we arrived, the cleaning was barely done (used PQ roll behind the toilet door, bathroom full of dust...)

The wifi doesn't work, I'm actually given the number of the internet service provider, is it a joke?!

The ski lockers, neither heated nor spacious, we were told at reception that for a family of 6 it was going to be complicated, fortunately there are only 4 of us.

Frankly, when booking through Pierre et Vacances we were really expecting something else, so either we had the wrong idea about Pierre et Vacances, or we were wrong, but I have rarely been so disappointed.

We will no longer book a stay with them.

We had an excellent stay (last week of December). The residence is ideally located near the slopes, which is great. We rented a studio which was very clean and above all super well equipped, we had everything we needed!
Parking is a bit of a hassle but that’s not Pierre et Vacances’ fault, there just aren’t enough spaces for the number of residents…
Please note, there is no reception in the residence; reception is at that of Gémeaux, which is a little above. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a duvet cover exchanged that was stained without any problem.
The Belle Plagne resort itself is really great, perhaps the most beautiful in all of Plagne. I recommend !

Pretty decent overall, nice view of the slopes, ski-in/ski-out departure to reach Bellecote!! small downside, you have to go back up the entire parking lot on foot (around a good 5 to 8 minutes of walking with a nice difference in altitude...) to reach the shops higher up in the station. Beautiful resort and warm welcome!! We will come back.

Those who expect great luxury and leave negative comments, go to a 5* chalet and pay the price.
