«Keep your apartment keys safe at the pool»
We have just returned from Antibes having been burgled on our very first day. Our key was taken from the secure, gated pool area and apartment ransacked. They took our passports, iPads, phones, cards, before going on a spending spree in Cannes. Terrible after service from management and staff offered no help in reporting the matter to the police. Staff just wanted it brushed aside. Keep your belongings safe, in the safe. We were not told that we had to pay for a safe, we just assumed it was broken in our apartment as the door didn’t close. This residence is not secure and we witnessed youths being removed from the residence by the security. The floor in our apartment was absolutely filthy, despite being re cleaned. The beds in the lounge are literally not fit for purpose and so we had to alternate with our children each night. We were told that our room had a terrace. What we were not told was that our room over looked a building site, which was being worked on literally 24 hours a day on some days, throughout the night until 6am! Such a shame as our children, despite being so upset at what had happened, loved the pool area and particularly the more shallow spa area at the top. Our review is obviously skewed because of what happened to us at the resort but in over 10 years of coming to Antibes we have never been victims of crime and I fear that had we booked a private rental, we would have enjoyed our holiday much more. Not one member of managerial staff has contacted us to apologise

Relax, catch sun, eat good medirerraenen food. With an 8 year old with us the pool facility is god-sent. However: in a premium P&V WHY isnt toilette paper included?? Also, some guests hog sun chairs at the pool several hours without even being at the pool. Maybe good to setup a system to stop that
«Nice and well located»
Apartments are comfortable and with balcony and with everything you need. The location is excellent close to the harbour, the old town and the centre, shot walk to a supermarket. Good to have the option to buy parking for the car also.

I found the apartment spacious, central to everything and good value for money. I was on the third floor and had a narrow but lovely view across the marina to Fort Carre and beyond to snow capped Alps. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment well appointed although the decor could possibly do with an update. It's a perfect base from which to explore this interesting old town. J'espere vraiment d'y revenir l'annee prochaine!
«Annual September Holidays»
This is the fourth year that we have stayed at Port Prestige. The residence is very well located close to the old town of Antibes. The main beach is across the square about a 10 min walk from the residence. If you do not want to swim in the sea there is a wonderful swimming pool complex on site, which is very well maintained by the pool maintenance staff. We have always found the staff very friendly and obliging and in particular on the front desk Amin, Anna and Maeva were always happy to respond in a timely fashion to our various requests. This year we had a wonderful apartment with views over the pool, Port Vauban and part of the old town. All in all this was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend Port Prestige for a holidat stay.
