Wij voelden ons thuis,uitermate vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel en bovenal voelden wij ons zeker en veilig in het komplex...een absolute aanrader...

Dit is ons 2e jaar dat we hier bij Pierre et Vacances Antibes komen. Zeer mooi complex op fijne locatie aan de rand van het oude centrum en nabij haven en strand.
Appartement zijn schoon en hebben prima bedden en goed sanitair. Keuken is voorzien van het nodige keukengerei.
Zwembaden worden goed onderhouden en het grote zwembad nodigt uit tot het trekken van baantjes. Dat bad is ca 1m90 diep en een etage hoger is een bad met meerdere bubbelbaden.
De receptie is keurig en je vragen worden goed beantwoordt.
Je kunt er prima in het Engels communiceren mocht het in Frans niet lukken.
De auto staat prima geparkeerd inde garage onder het complex.
In Antibes zijn veel restaurants in alle prijsklassen.
Het appartementencomplex is ca. 10 min. lopen van het station welke goede verbindingen heeft met o.a Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Nice en Menton.

Ideaal gelegen aan de haven en vlak bij het centrum. Prachtig zwembad. Geweldig appartement!!

Het is een hele mooie locatie, vlakbij het oude stafsdeel, vlakbij de jachthaven en het strand. En daar betaal je voor. Op het complex zelf valt je op dat vanaf de receptie naar alle gebouwen toe alles goed onderhouden is en er netjes uitziet. Het zwembad wordt goed schoon gemaakt.

Wel vindt ik als ik 1500 euro per week voor een appartement betaal en in een 4 sterren Premium accomodatie verblijf dat dan alles ook perfect moet zijn. Wat betreft de Appartementen vindt ik dat niet. Het duurt heel lang voordat je warm water hebt. Ook niet veel druk op de douche, een verroest en kapot balkonhek, wat verouderde meubels en geen beste bedden. Dat moet dus echt beter voor die prijs.

Wel een hele fijne vakantie gehad in een hele mooie omgeving.

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the location right in the heart of Antibes, a stone's throw from the old town and opposite the Vauban port. The aquatic area is superb; the pools are very pleasant and well-maintained. It's worth noting the presence of a lifeguard at all times. Contrary to previous reviews, we had no trouble finding sun loungers as they are very popular. The residence itself is beautiful inside, with lovely landscaping. We had a comfortable and spacious two-bedroom apartment that could accommodate six people. The only drawback of this residence, for those sensitive to noise, is its central location, surrounded by roads. Depending on your apartment, you may be affected. Our disappointment stemmed from the location, as we had requested a preferred location with garden-facing rooms several months in advance, and we received the exact opposite. At reception, we were told they had done everything they could! I think that if a customer requests a specific location months in advance (not an exact one, just a preference), I don't think that fulfilling that request means doing everything possible! Otherwise, we weren't too bothered by the noise, but the view from our terrace wasn't lovely, and it was on the first floor when we had requested a higher floor!

The parking is very convenient, located under the residence, but it could be free considering the very high rates during the summer months. To sum up, the location and the pool are great, the accommodations are good and in line with Pierre & Vacances standards, but customer service could be improved with a focus on satisfaction and continuous improvement.
