Standaard kamer mocht iets minder stoffig zijn . Toch 15 min lopen naar centrum st malo.

Etablissement correct

Studio's waarvan de ruimte optimaal.nenut is. Klein balkon en een twee pits inductie kookplaat. Vaatwasser, magnetron en koffieapparaat aanwezig. Best wel veel opbergruimte. Verblijf je hier 1 week dan krijg je twee handd keken p.p en voor meer handd keken betaal je dan 7 euro p.p per set van 2 handdoeken.In het centrale gedeelte bij de receptie kun je gebruikmaken van een wasmachine

Alles in dit complex is gericht op kostenbesparing. Dus niet kantvriendelijk. Receptie beperkt aanwezig. Zo ook de openstelling van het zwembadje. Daarbuiten werken met toegangscode. Studio's klein en ongezellig, balkon is niks. Vervelend is dat klachten s avonds niet worden opgepakt. Wij hadden een avond en een nacht zonder licht in de badkamer en wc. Dus bijlichten met het mobieltje. Pas de volgende dag actie.
Wij bevelen deze residentie niet aan.

Enjoy your stay at the Ty Mat residence in St Malo. The accommodation is functional (plenty of storage) and is equipped with everything you need. The wifi is of good quality. Large selection of board game loans. The small terrace is a plus. In addition, its location is great between the station (20 minutes), the ramparts and Saint Servan. You will find plenty of shops nearby. The staff is professional and friendly.

The negative points: having to make the beds with the little space, the bathtub which is not made for large people, the soundproofing (fortunately I came at a quiet time but you can hear the neighbors peeing or walking by example) . A hairdryer, even wall-mounted, would be appreciated and extending the hours of the games room a little would be great :)

Also be careful if you have to take a train in the morning when it is dark because the streets are not lit...

If I return to St Malo I would come back with great pleasure :)
