Heel slecht. Onvriendelijke personeel. En je bent verplicht om een parkeerplaats te reserveren want buiten parkeren is een drama. Er is nooit plek en politie delen graag boetes uit. Nooit met je zicht aan de zeide van de tegenlicht parkeren. Mag niet gelijk boete.

Beautiful top-floor apartment with a lovely terrace. Too bad the bathroom is so small. The bedroom lacks a proper bed instead of a sofa bed.

I'm writing this review, but I've never stayed at this hotel. We had a reservation through Booking.com with no cancellation option, and due to unforeseen issues beyond our control, including a canceled course, we were unable to use our 14-night reservation.
For a total of approximately €700. We notified Booking.com almost a month in advance that we wouldn't be using the room. We contacted Booking.com, and they told us they'd asked the hotel if they'd accept a refund, but the hotel refused. We contacted the hotel several times, including their main office in Paris. We were told to fill out a refund request form the same day we arrived. Their response, after a few days, was that there was nothing they could do.
It's ridiculous that a room remained vacant a month in advance; they could have re-rented it and even partially refunded us. But obviously, it would have been better to collect €700 and do absolutely nothing to accommodate us.
Poor understanding and courtesy towards customers.
Highly not recommended.

After seeing the photos on Google Maps, I called to book, requesting a sea-view apartment with a separate bedroom and parking (for an additional fee), with immediate payment in advance.
Upon arrival, we were assigned an apartment in the Résidence Les Mimosas on the 7th floor, but the elevator only goes to the sixth! You have to walk up to the top floor with your luggage up a very dangerous spiral staircase. Furthermore, in the so-called master bedroom, there was a sofa bed with its side facing the wall and two bunk beds. Parking was in another building, with no option to unload your luggage in front and move your car later. The residence IS NOT THE ONE IN THE PHOTOS.
Important: La Rostagne comprises several Résidences: one is Les Mimosas and the other Les Lavandes, built around the 1980s. Reception hours are 9 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 7 pm.
After my complaints and an attempt to sell me the apartment anyway (which, in my opinion, was out of line), another apartment popped up in the Les Lavandes residence, 100 meters from Mimosas, on the 4th floor, no. 410, with a sea view and indoor parking. The facilities are nearly up to standard, and it matches the photos advertised on Google Maps. Special thanks to the receptionist who made our vacation a success!
Pierre et Vacances La Rostagne is NOT the one in the photos, but is made up of several residences spread across Rue de la Rostagne. Ask for the apartment in the Les Lavandes residence if you want an apartment that matches the photos you see on Google Maps, with indoor parking!
P.S. I removed one star because the elevator stopped working on Thursday morning, and on Saturday (the day of departure) it was still broken!

Very decent residence, good location for all shops, beaches, transport etc... I recommend
