Goede ligging. Kamer klein maar door speciale kastbed, na opklappen, wel redelijk genoeg ruimte. Weinig kastruimte. Een andere kamer had wel een extra kast aan het bed. Skilockers veel te klein.

Good morning:

My satisfaction level is 10 and this is thanks to Nicolás and Lucía, the guys at the reception, they are extraordinary. They go out of their way to always serve guests with a commendable smile and kindness. It is obvious that they like their work. They provided us with all kinds of information and quickly resolved a problem we had with the skis. They are magnificent professionals who make your stay in the apartments comfortable and happy.

The apartments are very well located, next to the buses that take you to the slopes and a few minutes walk from the center of town and next to it there is a Spar supermarket. Clean and with everything you need. With incredible views of the mountains.

Two nights without being able to sleep. We found bed bugs in the 4 person room 501. They wouldn't believe us with the photos so I had to bring dead bed bugs back to reception. They did not want to change our rooms and the cleaning lady (Milan) complained saying that she did not have time to come and change the sheets and mattresses.
The front desk manager (Nicolas) said that they haven't had bed bugs since 2022. When telling him that there are comments on Google about bed bugs from less than that ago one month he got angry and shouted that those who post these comments are liars "dirty stupid heads" who want to defame and discredit the hotel, not even offering us an apology!! I am waiting for the refund which they said they would do in 14 business days. It's not a 3 star hotel, there is dust everywhere and very poor attention from the staff. They know they have a hygiene problem and don't react...!
