Very well located apartment complex. The apartments are quite small, but the space is used very well and is well equipped with a small kitchen and private bathroom. The price-performance ratio is great.
Garage space for the car can be booked. Also possible with an SUV.
Very nice welcome at the reception. Would book there again immediately.

Suitable accommodation
No coffee table on the balcony, contrary to the photos on the site.
The electric shutter did not work and the manual shutter malfunctioned as well as the curtain of the small window but nothing was repaired during our stay despite our report at the start of the stay when we were told that it would be revisited even during our absence with our permission.
The bathroom baseboards need to be reviewed as well as the floor at the entrance to the accommodation.
Too bad not to have instructions for the dishwasher and the air conditioner.
1 or 2 dishes are missing.

Apartment very well located 3 minutes from the pedestrian street 5 minutes from the beach. Possibility of having covered parking for the car. Train station 10 minutes away. Lots of shops nearby.
