Camere piccole anche ma accoglienti, servizio basico personale cortese...
Come al solito nella catena Pierre & Vacances internet non funziona nelle camere e quando funziona nei pressi della reception è di una lentezza esasperante.

We arrived in an extremely narrow room, the cleaning left something to be desired: dusty bedside table, windows and balcony very dirty or not cleaned!!!! We even found a dirty bra when unfolding the sofa!!!
In the bathroom the sink remained clogged for the entire duration of our stay.... Shower towels too small.
Bad bedding!!! In addition, it is almost impossible to move around the studio when the sofa is unfolded!!!
Breakfast not included
The price for the night is that of a 2 or 3 STAR hotel... BUT WITHOUT ANY HOTEL SERVICE!!!!!
At this price, it is very unpleasant to have to make the beds when you arrive and undo them when you leave......
One and only positive point: the location.

In short...... We will come back to La Rochelle.
But no longer in this Pierre & Vacances residence.

During this stay we saw that there were ants because there were holes in the walls, in the fridge there were mushrooms yes yes MUSHROOMS so we had to clean even though on arrival it's supposed to be clean, I really hope that in the other rooms it wasn't like that we were in room 337 never go to this room a real hell.
