Excellent location. Functional apartments, perfectly adequate for a few days.

Apreciamos que compartiera su testimonio tras su paso por nuestro Pierre & Vacances La Merceria, en El Tarter.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de nuestra ubicación cercana a los principales accesos de Grandvalira, ideal para aprovechar su estancia en la nieve.

Además, nos complace conocer que el apartamento cumplió con sus expectativas, ofreciendo la funcionalidad necesaria para que su estadía fuera cómoda y práctica. Esperamos poder recibirle nuevamente en su próximo viaje a El Tarter.

Difficult to find, no 24h reception. There’s no wifi signal outside of the building so trying to check in at night by ourselves was really complicated and disorienting because you have to fetch the keys from a different location and the passcode to get the keys is sent to you in pdf form that you can’t open unless you’re connected to the wifi.

We left behind a keychain and tried to contact the hotel immediately after check out which proved difficult as well since they don’t have a lost and found department. Several days later we got an email saying that there was nothing left behind. Very disappointing service.
