Apartments with an unbeatable location to walk down to the El Tarter slopes, which is why I give them 2 stars.

From then on, everything was a nightmare. First the Escape Room to collect the keys in a place and find the location of the apartments in question.

We arrived and the heating in the rooms was not working (in Andorra in the middle of winter!).

The bed mattresses were terrible, impossible to rest.

And the sofa bed with an inclination that made you fall little by little.

Just a roll of toilet paper and a single-dose sachet of soap for 4 people.

Unfortunately, we will not return nor would we advise anyone to go there because of the excessive price you pay.

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas, le animamos que ponga el comentario donde se alojó, somos una cadena, tenemos 11 complejos y en este no se ha podido alojar ya que esta reservado todo el invierno.

Please note, to collect the keys, go to the agency on the main street! Do not go to the Alba residence, there is no reception. We got screwed.
Residence well located between Pas de Casa and Andorra la V. Rare town where there is free parking! Because everyone pays…

At reception, the hostess does not speak French. Plan for Google trad. We took the 3-person studio with sofa bed. The bathroom and toilet are very nicely renovated. On the other hand, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, the head is slightly raised... noise of the springs, and unstable... horror! You would be better off buying a sofa bed from IKEA like “HEMNES” which is much more comfortable, easy to retract and serves as a sofa. Pck your bed once unfolded.. you cannot watch TV with the bed unfolded there is a gap between the mattress and the structure…..
the apartment is large, unfortunately poorly arranged by this long corridor of 5 m2. Otherwise it was clean, beautiful view, for 3 nights €122 and fortunately it was a promotion it wasn't worth more than that
Wifi is free
And the residence is quiet! We don't hear a sound

We arrived and found the sofa bed very uncomfortable, thin, unstable with a slight inclination. We went down to ask to change the apartment. They told us we had to pay for the cleaning. It seems good to me that in a studio it is a sofa bed but that it is comfortable. To make matters worse, check out is at 10.

Stay at the end of August, quiet and very clean residence (like the cleanliness of the city and Andorra). I had reserved the apartment for two people… top notch! Ideally for 4 people max (but not for five)
