The residence is quiet and well-maintained. The apartments are a good size and nicely decorated. A minor drawback is that during periods of intense heat, the rooms with skylights get very hot; there is no air conditioning or fan. There is also no electric vehicle charging station.
The residence was quiet and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. It was possible to book tours at reception and order bread and pastries for breakfast (the day before).
The accommodation (a house) was pleasant and spacious, located on the edge of the residence, bordered by large trees. Be aware that many of the accommodations face inwards, so the terraces may be right next to the pedestrian paths.
A major drawback was the refrigerator, which was far too small for the size of the accommodation, and the vegetable compartment was blocked by the baseboard, leaving only two small shelves available. It was also so noisy that it was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed in that room.
There was no air conditioning or shutters, which was difficult when temperatures were high (a problem during the heatwave!).
The swimming pools were very nice. However, since the residence entrances are not controlled by a badge system, the pool was also used by people who were not guests. Despite a few flaws that can be improved, the stay was pleasant.
