Dear holidaymakers, please be careful when renting your accommodation from private individuals. Absolutely avoid MAEVA, which rents out dirty and defective apartments; it's disrespectful of them to rent out properties in such a state.
We had a great stay at Villa Livia. Our apartment was very clean and had a magnificent sea view. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the residence, which is really great. There are buses down the street to the center of Cannes/Croisette if you don't want to take your car, which is convenient.
