We spent several very pleasant weeks there this summer. After enjoying the festive atmosphere of Cannes, it was lovely to retreat to this quiet residence, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still close to everything.

The residence is well-served by public transport: buses are just a 5-minute walk away, the beaches are 10 minutes away, and shops are a 15-minute walk.

The air-conditioned apartments (all renovated in 2024) offer welcome comfort, especially with the recent heatwaves.

I would like to thank the new manager, Nathalie, for her warm welcome, availability, patience, and tact!

She ensured the peace and quiet of the place.

(Managing vacationers can sometimes be very complex, especially when some don't respect the rules).

Great, quiet residence.

It's a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 30-minute walk from the Croisette.
We stayed in apartment 15, and it was very spacious, clean, air-conditioned, with a fantastic view of the sea and the pool.

A very pleasant and quiet residence, very close to the sea, no need for a car. Several bus lines are available to go to Cannes city center or Cannes Labocca for shopping. The apartment was air-conditioned and functional. The cleaning was improved compared to previous years, although we still cleaned the terrace ourselves. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit positioned at the far end of the terrace, which blew hot air, spoiling the charm of peacefully enjoying the view and fully appreciating this corner of the terrace. It would have been wise to place it outside the terrace, as in other apartments.
