An aging establishment, omnipresent heat despite the open windows, and above all thin walls which allowed us to enjoy the screams of children and neighbors every night... We will not return.

I would like to thank the welcome for their skills and their kindness. For health reasons, I had a location that suited me. The stay was very calm, very relaxing and very clean. I would recommend it.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful complex.
The accommodations are clean and spacious enough.
They are well-equipped, and the bedding is very adequate.
One small drawback is the proximity of the terraces, which could have been more closed off. For example, the neighbors' small dog regularly came to our place!

The unlimited access to the Antilles de Jonzac included in the rental price is a real plus.
We would have appreciated being able to change the linens mid-stay rather than on Thursdays, as indicated upon our arrival.

We stayed at this establishment in August, and I would like to share our experience to warn future vacationers.
• Unbearable heat: with temperatures of 28 to 35°C outside, the rooms quickly become stifling. There is no air conditioning, and sleeping is impossible. Furthermore, despite the "bed made" option, we found a duvet in the middle of summer, which didn't help. The curtains, which are not very opaque, let the light in. As a result, we left more tired than when we arrived.
• Non-existent soundproofing: you can hear everything, the footsteps creaking on the floor, the surrounding noises... The building is clearly dilapidated.
• Minimalist equipment: the kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum, the bathroom is small and, above all, dangerous. No non-slip mat in the bathtub (I almost fell seriously), splashes on the floor every time I showered, harsh lighting... Avoid this place if you're elderly; the risks are real.
• The only positive: the terrace, pleasant late at night, but you still have to tolerate the heat to enjoy it.
• Welcome: Fortunately, the reception staff is warm and professional, which contrasts sharply with the quality of the accommodation.

In summary: if you've already stayed in all-inclusive hotels, don't expect anything comparable here. You'll be disappointed by the noise, the dilapidated condition, and the general discomfort. For our part, we won't make the same mistake again.
