My family and I had enjoyed this experience two years in a row, and we just had another wonderful 15-day holiday. The welcome upon arrival was always excellent. The entertainment was designed for relaxation, with a variety of family sports activities. And let's not forget the magnificent swimming pool, with its Aqua Gym and Aqua Pilates classes, led by the fantastic Enola, whom I would like to thank for her dedication and for professionally filling in for Ugo. I also thank the entire entertainment team: Célia, Pauline, and Greg. I hope to see them again next year. Best wishes to all the staff at the Domaine.
Simply perfect…or almost.
Let me explain. Regarding the rooms, they were perfect, spotless upon arrival, and the welcome was equally so. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The location is superb, close to the beach and the port, which allows for lovely evenings out at restaurants or strolls along the beach. However, concerning the service, I stayed in one of the apartments and I'd like to mention that one Tuesday morning, around 8:30 am, I was in a light sleep and was woken by cleaning ladies talking outside my door. So far, so good; they were doing their job. But then I saw the light on, and when I got up, imagine my surprise when I noticed that one of them had (probably by mistake) opened my door.
I have no problem with them; everyone makes mistakes, but it doesn't seem like asking for the moon to close the door or at least apologize. With that, I conclude this review, still retaining a beautiful memory of this relaxing and fairly quiet place, a real treat for my little luxury sailors.
