Positive points: beautiful pool, pretty buildings, well-maintained green spaces for golfers, magnificent view of the golf course, very pleasant terrace if you have respectful neighbors, equipped kitchen, washing machine, very comfortable bedding in the master bedroom, cordless vacuum cleaner and Nespresso coffee maker appreciated, ultra-warm welcome, helpful and smiling receptionists.
Fast, professional, and friendly technician.

Negative points: poorly functioning stovetop, broken dishwasher, clean towels and bathrobes but with yellow streaks everywhere, cobwebs on the ceilings, sheets lacking freshness, marks and splashes on the walls, very dirty terrace table, filthy clothes horse, uncomfortable and noisy sofa bed in the living room.
Some of the pool loungers could use replacing, and the shower doesn't work. Some guests don't respect the rules (smoking, playing ball, bringing inflatable mattresses, etc.).
The treadmill in the fitness room is very worn (despite the good Italian brand Technogym) and the foosball table is outdated.
Pierre & Vacances welcomes people with severe disabilities (physical and mental), so we expected a quieter, more elegant, and more upscale vacation.

At no time did we feel "premium" as described.

Other points: haughty owners (this has been mentioned in other reviews), beaches accessible by car in 5 minutes (but lots of rocks and dog feces).

We won't be back.

Pleasant stay and in line with our expectations

Great experience at Horizon Golf, a quiet and pleasant residence that I recommend. It's family-friendly, clean, and the staff is welcoming.
Bright 3rd-floor apartment, 2 bedrooms, one of which is very large octagonal, electric shutters, large, very comfortable beds, 2 terraces, everything you need for cleaning, including a cordless vacuum cleaner, and 1 parking space within the gated grounds... GREAT! Okay, it's not next to the beach, but it's a 5-minute drive, and parking is inexpensive for getting to the seaside and restaurants. Okay, the road is a bit busy, but you can barely hear it, and a road is still very convenient for direct access to the residence, right?
Well, if you want to nitpick, get rid of the 70s kitchen chairs I found at Grandma's, kitschy and noisy on the floor (missing pads), and as for the pool, the weather wasn't ideal at the end of August, and it was rather cold (heated???).
The shop sells bread and pastries in the morning, which can help out, but it's best to have done your shopping beforehand because there's almost nothing apart from a small display of local products.

Very nice residence (apartment A103, golf course view).
Good-sized swimming pool, accessible even on overcast/rainy days (heated).
Very pleasant service staff.
Helpful, attentive, and very professional reception staff.
