Residence molto pulito elegante e ben tenuto. Appartamenti moderni dotato di ogni confort, parcheggio per l'auto, piscina per adulto ed una per i più piccoli. Vicinissimo al mare meno di 100 metri ed al centro del paesino. Market raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti. Posto consigliato

First experience at a Pierre & Vacances resort
We spent 15 days there, from August 1st to 15th, 2026.
We had a very good stay.
I had seen some reviews that scared me after booking, so for the first time, I'm giving my opinion.

Positive points:
The residence is very well maintained; I think the exterior paintwork isn't very old. There's beautiful, flowering vegetation.
We opted for the paid parking, and we were glad we did. There is indeed some space outside, but good luck unloading your luggage or doing your shopping. The residence is large, so you still have to walk to get to your apartment.
In the middle of August, I thought it would be very noisy with all the people, but it wasn't at all. We were very surprised by how quiet it was in the evenings.
The pool is clean and well-maintained.
The first small beach is nearby, opposite the residence, and there are others a little further up, but also accessible on foot.
We had a ground-floor corner apartment. We were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough for the four of us.
The staff is pleasant.

Negative points:
The pool is quite large, but there's a problem with the sun loungers. Naturally, many people reserve their loungers and come back later, especially during the second week. The lifeguard wasn't really keeping an eye on things and mostly stayed under his parasol looking at his phone.
There was a major cleaning problem. When we arrived, the apartment wasn't very clean, with quite a bit of dust and stains.
So the bathroom really needs a serious renovation. It's tiny, with a bathtub and plumbing that's rusty and full of sealant. Stifling, impossible for me to shower with the door closed.
No air conditioning, but we were aware of that; three fans were available.
Despite the 15-day heatwave, we managed to sleep well with the windows open.

I had seen several reviews saying the apartment was old and small.
Apart from the bathroom, the furniture was comfortable. I think some things have been renovated in the apartments, but there are still a few minor things that need addressing.

If I have the chance to return, I will do so with great pleasure.
It's a great setting; apart from a few minor drawbacks, we had a very good holiday and I recommend this residence.

The location, the welcome, the available services, the very functional accommodations and the superb swimming pool will ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Residence comodissimo, tranquillo e ben curato. Piscina spaziosa, ottimo il chioschetto per aperitivi, la spiaggia è proprio di fronte, a un minuto a piede. Fare solo attenzione all'aria condizionata, non tutti gli appartamenti sono provvisti.

A superb residence for a holiday. Well-maintained, quiet, and with a fantastic swimming pool. Additional services are available, such as a laundry and a snack bar.

It's a shame that not all accommodations have air conditioning as standard, because during the heatwave it was unbearable.
