Appartamento molto vecchio. Mal attrezzato con mattonelle rotte, senza climatizzatore. Accoglienza pessima e nessuna possibilità di mettersi in contatto col servizio clienti in quanto rispondevano da un numero italiano con call center in inglese senza possibilità di assistenza in italiano. Mi sembra molto grave visto che hanno strutture in tutta Europa. Nessuna risposta ed assistenza neanche via mail. Il posto è bello ma gli appartamenti non sono per niente confortevoli.

Great location on the harbor of Hyeres, and in our case with a balcony overlooking the La Gavine section of the harbor.

The rooms are on the small side, and here and there you notice that some renovation is needed. That said, certainly recommended for a short holiday stay. The friendliness of the management is also a big plus.

I am very satisfied with this residence; moreover, the manager is a very pleasant person who cares deeply about her residents. I thank her for her welcome.

This is our second year staying at the Pierre et Vacances Hyères Le Port Residence, located in an extremely pleasant setting. Our apartment enjoys maximum sunshine. We hope to return next year!
