The residence is very well located, and the facilities met our expectations and matched the photos! However, be aware that the cleaning upon arrival was lacking. We had to redo the dishes, not to mention the items left by the previous occupants (pacifiers behind the TV, under the sofa, a lollipop stuck to the curtain). A thorough cleaning, including removing the sofa, the TV stand, and even the refrigerator, would have been much better. This doesn't detract from the friendliness of the staff we encountered at reception.

Also, be careful with the parking; people park haphazardly and don't move all week, which wastes many spaces.

Excellent residence and very good accommodation, including comfortable bedding and welcoming, attentive staff. I highly recommend it.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call a week before our arrival to prepare for our stay and remind us about the apartment's equipment.

The residence is well-located and quiet. The shuttle stop is right in front of the entrance. It's possible to order ski passes, which are ready upon arrival, and there's a good rate with the ski rental shop.

Free Wi-Fi is available on multiple devices.

The only downside isn't Pierre & Vacances, but rather some residents who lack basic courtesy in apartments and don't respect the building by walking around in their ski boots in the common areas.

The residence is well located and the apartment is lovely, well-equipped, and well-insulated. The staff were very welcoming.

The residence is well located, not far from the gondolas (10-minute walk, but it felt like 15 minutes in ski boots ?). However, there's a major problem with access to the residence, especially the parking lot – it wasn't covered in snow; previous guests had cleared it with shovels before our arrival. The problem is that there's a slope leading down to the parking lot, making it difficult during heavy snowfall or icy conditions.

Furthermore, the parking lot is often full!
So, be sure to bring tire socks or chains.
