We have been very comfortable in this hotel, good food, very good atmosphere, good workers all (entertainment, waiters, lifeguards, cleaning, etc.) Especially the lifeguard Luis, a very good man and very attentive to everything and his work with people is a pleasure to meet.

The experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the very beginning, the facilities left much to be desired. The room was dirty, with black-stained walls, a brown-stained counter above the bed, and several visible defects, such as a broken coat rack and a damaged door lock.

The service also fell short of expectations: there were barely any toiletries (just shampoo and body wash), no courtesy touches, and the towels were few, stained, and in poor condition. To make matters worse, when they offered "room service," they didn't change the towels; they just made the bed.

There was also no bidet, something I consider basic in a hotel bathroom, and the overall level of cleanliness and maintenance of the room was very poor. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't offer real room service or excursions, and the pool was dirty, making it unpleasant to use.

Finally, check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and when I asked to extend my stay a few hours, they wanted to charge me €60 for three hours, which is completely outrageous.

In short, an uncomfortable, neglected stay with inflexible policies. Not at all recommended.

To be honest, the hotel is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. The worst thing is the soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear the footsteps of the person above you, the conversations of the person next door, and the noise from the road.
As for the room, it's true that it has a mini-fridge, two large beds, and a large bathroom.
The pool isn't very large, so I assume it's designed only for children and is small.

There are plenty of sun loungers.

The buffet is sparse and repetitive, with little variety of food and desserts, always the same. You'll get sick of seeing them with pre-made cakes cut into tiny pieces, always the same.

Cleanliness is good, but there's little entertainment at night.

As I say, a normal three-star hotel for a few days, and that's it.
