The Palmeral by Pierre & Vacances.

This hotel truly lives up to its stars. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant, are incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms are very spacious with a terrace, a modern and fully equipped bathroom, and two 1.35m beds. We stayed at this hotel on a full-board basis. The buffet was very varied. We left very happy and grateful for the service and attention we received. Warmest regards to everyone at this hotel.

The first three days were a major problem with the hot water. It was either scalding hot or ice-cold. The air conditioning wasn't working, even though the room was warm. I was moved from room 551 to 413, which was a significant inconvenience, and the air conditioning didn't work for the next four days. I had to make numerous visits to reception. It was a complete disaster. The food was generally bad, with a lot of frozen and unhealthy food, and the grilled items were always dry and overcooked. The fish was awful. The chicken was acceptable. We won't be back.
