Good afternoon.
I'm so happy to have found this hotel ?????.
After three years in a row vacationing in La Manga, we decided to change and we're so glad we did.
The staff, from reception to everyone else, were incredible: kind, helpful, friendly, and very attentive.
The buffet was better than many 4-star hotels elsewhere. The only thing I think is that they shouldn't allow people in the bar without a shirt and with wet clothes, because it creates puddles and causes a problem due to falls that occurred during our stay.
We'll definitely be back ?????

We stayed for four nights on an all-inclusive basis. Everything was great until the day we left the room and realized we'd forgotten my husband's watch. We reported it immediately, but they told us it wasn't there and gave us the runaround on four separate occasions. While we waited for them to call us, they neither contacted us nor could we get in touch with the hotel because they wouldn't answer the phone. We even sent an email, and nothing came back, and it's been almost a month now. I must mention the hotel's lack of professionalism and their disregard for their customers, especially regarding such a serious matter.

We had a great experience during our stay. The entertainment team was incredibly professional from the very beginning, especially Laura, who was very attentive and friendly. There were a variety of activities for both children and adults.
