Ci sono stato due notti nel residence a Salou, l'appartamento era bellissimo, 2 camere spaziose, doppio bagno, bel salotto e due bellissimi terrazzi. Il costo è stato di 65 euro a notte ed eravamo in 4. Bellissima esperienza.

A bad experience from the very beginning with the receptionist. I don't think she's suitable for a place where the guests are normal people, unlike the "tourist" who's out partying or Spanish tourists on a night out, which is what she's used to dealing with, or at least that's what she demonstrated. The complex is well located, and the facilities met our expectations.
To conclude, I'd probably have left with a better impression if it hadn't been for the aforementioned receptionist. Before even saying good morning, she asked if you'd cleaned the kitchen and taken out the trash. I don't think that's appropriate, especially considering the tone she used.
In short, if I have to return to the complex, I will, but I would just like the management to be aware of this.

No es habitual recibir comentarios sobre una atención poco cordial en la recepción, ya que nuestro equipo suele ser muy bien valorado por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Nuestro objetivo es que todos los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos y puedan comunicar cualquier incidencia durante la estancia para que podamos ayudarle de inmediato. Tendremos en cuenta su observación sobre la comunicación al informar de pequeñas incidencias en el apartamento para seguir mejorando.

The stay in the apartments could have been good, but the attitude of the person who checked us in made the experience quite negative.

From the very first moment, the treatment was curt, unpleasant, and clearly arrogant and dismissive. There wasn't even a simple "good morning"; the first thing we received were questions about whether we had cleaned the kitchen and taken out the trash, giving the impression that we were bothering them rather than arriving as guests.

A €200 deposit was withheld without a prior joint inspection of the apartment's condition, something I consider essential. Furthermore, upon arrival, we found damage that was already present, such as a broken shower head and a damaged entrance mirror. When we reported this at check-out, the response was that these were "obvious things due to use," an unprofessional and quite unfortunate answer, because what may seem obvious to the accommodation provider is not necessarily so for someone arriving for the first time.

The apartments aren't bad, but when your first and last impression depends on someone with such a lack of friendliness and professionalism, the experience is completely ruined. I've stayed in many accommodations, and I've rarely encountered such an unfriendly reception. I won't be returning, nor will I recommend it, solely because of the way I was treated.

El depósito de garantía se realiza por anticipado como procedimiento habitual, tal y como se informa antes de la llegada, para asegurar el buen estado de los apartamentos. Nuestro objetivo es que todos los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos y puedan comunicar cualquier incidencia durante la estancia para que podamos ayudarle de inmediato. Tendremos en cuenta su observación sobre la comunicación al informar de pequeñas incidencias en el apartamento para seguir mejorando. Nos tomamos en serio cada sugerencia y revisaremos internamente este caso, ya que la opinión de quienes nos visitan es fundamental.

Nos alegra saber que los apartamentos le parecieron correctos y esperamos que el entorno le resultara agradable durante su tiempo en Salou.
