Residence vicinissimo al mare, appartamenti confortevoli

Posizione incantevole, prezzi contenuti, qualità immobili elevata, esposizione buona per tutti i Residences. Silenzio garantito.

Very nice surprise! I rented two houses this weekend with fireplaces and small gardens. We enjoyed the port, the sea and the swimming pool. The location is perfect!
It was very clean! Well done to the teams!

Residence very well located 5 minutes from the beach between Houlgate and Cabourg which can be reached on foot along the coast... Beautiful walks or bike rides.
On the other hand, big disappointment with the accommodation... We had rented a maisonette with 2 duplex bedrooms. Very small double room we could barely pass between the bed and the wall we had to turn aside...
Bathroom very small and very shabby... Degraded kitchenette without draining space for dishes. Damaged furniture. Unmaintained outdoor space with dirty and moving tiles, shutters that are difficult to close and faded color...
NO WIFI access in the accommodation!
We will not return to Pierre et Vacances. Big disappointment... I don't recommend

Overall satisfied with our stay. WiFi reception is almost non-existent, sometimes reception in the garden or under the stairs(?).
Houses are a bit outdated; but the location makes up for a lot.
