3 days in this residence, apartment for 6 people with direct sea view (additional charge and on request) Affordable price, friendly welcome, clean and well-equipped accommodation, outdated bathroom equipment, no shampoo samples, 2 bathrobes for an accommodation of 6 it is too little. Clean and heated indoor swimming pool, a real plus for young and old. Quiet residence. 2 minutes from the shopping street, bakeries, butcher's shop, supermarket, souvenir shops, green space for dogs, bags and trash can available. Paid parking at the residence which is appreciable, otherwise parking spaces nearby and free until 01/04. St valery sur somme 20 minutes by car for a tour of the medieval city by Tuk Tuk.

I had a very pleasant stay with my children.
Very warm welcome, attentive staff.
The children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the activities to discover the Bay.

When we see the experience offered to customers in a so-called “premium” establishment, we can only wonder about the quality of other accommodations. The accommodations are tiny and without any paid parking service, paid wifi! Not even a free coffee, sofa bed outdated and not clean... what we call a sleeping area for children are 2 bunk beds stored in the entrance (alcove looks more chic but that's a lie) . The swimming pool is dirty, there are traces of mold everywhere. The staff is either silent in the face of customer dissatisfaction or agrees, admitting that they can't do much about it. Ultimately the only thing premium is the price, for quality and service it is better to go elsewhere. Complaint made to Pierre et Vacances who seem to be little moved by it and offer a credit as if they imagined that I was going to give them the hope of disappointing me a 2nd time!
