Pessima esperienza, prenotato tramite una nota piattaforma, sul app mi dava un indirizzo (al porto) , in chat un altro e tramite mail un altro ancora , contattata struttura alle 18:50 e già c’era la registrazione della chiusura (chiudono alle 19) trovato numero delle “emergenze” dopo aver trovato la reception chiedendo ai passanti la persona non parlava inglese e la combinazione per prendere la chiave non ha funzionato… chiesto rimborso e non vogliono darlo , nonostante non aver usufruito della stanza , comportamento per nnt onesto !!!
Appartamento pulito, letti comodi, la terrazza perfetta. Posto tranquillo. Regalo di benvenuto per il nostro bouledogue francese. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo.
If you like sharing your nights with mice nibbling in the false ceilings, this is the right place; for peace and quiet at night, forget it ??♂️, apart from that, the setting is pleasant.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is nice, although it could use a little updating: it's a bit dated, some cleanliness details could be improved, several pieces of equipment are damaged, and air conditioning is sorely lacking, especially in 2026 with the intense heat.
The staff, on the other hand, are very pleasant, polite, and welcoming, which is a real plus.
One minor drawback concerns dogs: some owners unfortunately don't keep them under control. We were even attacked by a dog on our last night, which somewhat spoiled the end of our stay.
Finally, we find the supplement charged for dogs to be high considering the services offered. There are no waste bags available, no dedicated green space, and no special attention for the animals.
Despite these few points for improvement, we would gladly return, especially if air conditioning were installed.
