Beautiful residence with spacious apartment. The welcome was very good, the staff were really great. Small downside when we understood that we had paid for a mountain view and that we were on the 3rd floor (we received an email 1 month ago indicating the reimbursement of the difference which we have still not received). Regarding the station, a little disappointing compared to other pedestrian stations. This one is clearly a mountain bike station and there is too much dangerous behavior from mountain bikers in the station, especially when you have young children, it is sometimes not reassuring. Children's activities are crowded and you have to reserve 15 minutes of trampolining in the morning if you want to do some at the end of the day...so a nice residence (even if you pay attention to the mountain view) but a disappointing resort.

Nice apartment, comfortable, well oriented (50€ more to have the mountain view). We were on the 7th floor so the view was great.
The bedding, the sofa bed, zero mattress, back and neck pain for a week....my son, who was in a separate room, slept very well and enjoyed it very much.
The apartment seemed not to be cleaned, dirty kitchen, dirty fridge....and, I pass the floor and the carpets....in short, as usual, a week before closing, we had to let go! Think of the last vacationers who paid for the service like other vacationers!
Not entitled to the Activities Pass because we did not book on their site, given the number of activities that were open, they could have offered it to us!
