Bellissimo

I had a great stay despite the weather, which was completely chilly and had a north wind. The staff is truly professional and friendly, always attentive and ready to resolve any issues. Allan and his colleague Manon provide a very high-quality service.

Courteous and professional reception staff. However, we are very unhappy with the quality of the mattress (hollow in the middle) in the bedroom of apartment 903. Otherwise, the view was superb; the apartment was clean and well equipped. We also appreciated the peace and quiet in the residence. It's a shame that you didn't provide an unloading area because we were forced to queue up to unload or repack our luggage.

We arrived at the apartment to an unpleasant surprise.

We had booked a 4-person studio with a sleeping area, thinking it would be furnished with a double bed. What a surprise when we entered, we discovered a children's bunk bed. Also note the brownish stains on the doors. The living room cushions have yellow stains, which makes you want to use them. The description specifies that the blanquette has a trundle bed: the mattress was found on the floor in the dust, with the frame above. The terrace is described as pretty and well-maintained, but what a surprise when we find the floor in a miserable, stained state. Let's not even mention the rusty clothes horse the size of a dwarf. I won't even mention the mass of dust we found on the radiators.

Not recommended. Run away immediately if you can.
